Primarily focused on digital content creation, the UNBD (Unbound) team works with clients to create and capture emotion-driven & compelling content to elevate their brand to the next level and tell their stories online.

The Opportunity:

As a Photographer at Unbound Media Inc., your role will be to shoot & edit photos for Unbound Media and their clients full-time. If you have a passion for photography and love continuously learning and improving your skills, you’ll love this position. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a young, driven, fun, and passionate team.

Specifically, you will:

• Be accountable for photography for corporate clients, events, and real estate
• Be able to shoot on your own and as a member of a team
• Shoot behind-the-scenes content for the Unbound team
• Work collaboratively with the Unbound founder

You Bring:

As a Photographer, you bring:

• 2 + years experience in photography (2021 Graduates May Apply)
• Experience working with professional DSLR or Mirrorless cameras
• Have solid knowledge of editing software (Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom)
• Excellent creative and problem-solving skills
• Post Secondary Education (Not required but considered an asset)
• Your passion and energy for photography should be apparent
• Work ethic and creative mindset to work independently
• Experience with file delivery software ex. Dropbox & Google Drive
• Videography Skills are considered an asset but not necessary

If you have a passion for video and love continuously learning and staying on top of the latest video trends, you’ll love this position. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a young, driven, fun and passionate team.

Specifically, you will:

• Be accountable for filming and editing video, audio recording, and grip/lighting
• Film a wide array of videography projects, including but not limited to corporate, commercial, tourism, & lifestyle videos
• Film video content for various platforms including vertical videos for Instagram Reels, & TikTok

You Bring:

As a Videographer, you bring:

• 2+ years experience in videography (2023 graduates and self-taught individuals may apply)
• Experience working with professional video cameras, (Sony preferred) audio equipment, & lighting
• Excellent creative and problem-solving skills
• Post Secondary Education (Not required but considered an asset)
• Your passion and energy for creating should be apparent

Introduction:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic and Web Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio of design work and a basic understanding of web design principles and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Unbound team to design and develop visually appealing and effective graphics for use on our website and in other marketing materials
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback
• Design and develop responsive and mobile-friendly website layouts and interfaces
• Optimize website graphics and images for optimal performance and accessibility
• Ensure that all web designs are consistent with clients brand guidelines and meet industry standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into your work as appropriate
• Develop brand guidelines with the intention of executing that work for Unbound Clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field
• 1+ years of professional experience as a graphic and web designer
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
• Strong portfolio of design work, with a focus on web design
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Must love to draw, doodle, and create from scratch

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and techniques
• Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and web accessibility standards
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal
• Ability to create motion graphics and animations for use on the web
• Interest in emerging technologies such as virtual, augmented reality, and AI.
