No, not you – your customer!!

As a business or brand, it’s so easy to get caught up in the list of numbers that help us track the success of our business – sales, new clients, reviews, follows, likes…it’s never ending! And while all of these are absolutely important facets in running your business, they aren’t what is going to build you a community.

Your customers want know what they get out of choosing to work with you. When creating content don’t focus on simply listing the services you offer, instead tell the story of the feelings, results and solutions your customers are going to experience when they hire and buy from you specifically. Every time you create content for social media you have an opportunity to build brand awareness, which simply put, is the measure of how memorable and recognizable your brand is.

Regardless of your industry, it’s a pretty safe bet that there are other companies providing a similar service or product. Which is why it’s so important to sell your customers on the experience of working with you and to create a feeling that their support, directly impacts your success. At the end of the day customers are going choose brands they know and trust and when they have tangible idea of what the experience they can expect – you’ve already got them halfway through the door.
